A strong sense of spirituality is one of Fisher Hall’s defining attributes. Fishermen truly feel a sense of community at mass, and can explore their spirituality through retreats and prayer groups as well. Fisher is proud to be one of the few dorms on campus that offers daily mass throughout the week. These masses take place Monday through Thursday at 10:00 pm, giving the residents a chance to celebrate the Eucharist and be near the Lord before going to bed or starting their studies in the evening.

Many Fishermen attend the weekly Rosary

We are also extremely proud to have two amazing Priests in Residence: Father Tim Scully, CSC, founder of the ACE program, as well as Father Tim Mouton, CSC Assistant Director of Vocations. We are blessed to have such wonderful men as our Hall Chaplains.

Here are just some of the spiritual opportunities Fishermen enjoy:

  • Daily Mass
  • Hall-wide Stations of the Cross
  • Weekly Rosary devotion (Tuesdays at 8:30am)
  • Fisher Mass choir
  • After-Mass ice-cream socials
  • Christmas Mass Celebration
  • Emmaus Groups
  • Sophomore / Senior Retreat
  • Folk Choir
  • Daily Eucharistic Adoration
  • Grotto Mass
